The Effects of Weather on Students

When I was growing up, I noticed that students often did not attend school on rainy days or during severe weather, such as storms or snow. This made schools feel empty, as if there were no students in the building. On the following day, many students would return, but they had missed valuable lessons and knowledge.

Often, students decided not to go to school even when they were capable of attending. The fear of traveling in bad weather and the possibility of accidents discouraged them. While skipping school might seem like a small choice, it can have long-term effects. Neglecting learning can lead to lower grades, increased stress, and mental health challenges. These patterns not only affect the students themselves but can also complicate the learning environment for younger students who follow in their footsteps.
